1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Mastrio Maju Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 1561729-H) ("Mastrio Ads", "we", "us", "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
IMPORTANT: If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or make any purchases.
2. Services and Products

We provide the following services:
- Digital Marketing Tools: Software, automation tools, and platforms for business marketing purposes
- Consulting Services: Digital advertising consultation and strategy development
- Custom Software Development: Tailored software solutions for business needs
- Digital Products: Licenses, subscriptions, and digital deliverables
2.2 Intended Use
CRITICAL: All our products and services are provided for LEGAL AND LEGITIMATE BUSINESS PURPOSES ONLY.
By purchasing our services, you warrant that:
- You will use our products/services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- You will comply with all third-party platform terms of service (including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Google, X/Twitter, etc.)
- You will not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- You are solely responsible for how you use our tools and services
2.3 Prohibited Uses
You expressly agree NOT to use our services for:
- Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international law
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
- Harassment, abuse, or harm to any individual or entity
- Spamming, phishing, or unauthorized data collection
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Bypassing or circumventing security measures of any platform
- Any purpose that violates third-party terms of service
DISCLAIMER: We provide tools and consulting services. We are NOT responsible for how customers choose to use these tools. Customers assume full legal responsibility for their use of our services.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- FPX Online Banking: Instant bank transfer (Malaysia only)
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to additional processing fees)
- Alternative Methods: As may be offered from time to time
3.2 Processing Fees
Credit/debit card payments may be subject to an additional 3% processing fee to cover bank charges. This will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
3.3 Currency
All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) unless otherwise specified.
3.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Billplz (Revenue Monster Sdn Bhd), a licensed payment gateway in Malaysia. We do not store your credit card information.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Digital Products - NO REFUNDS
IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do NOT offer refunds for digital products once they have been delivered.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Software licenses and access codes
- Digital downloads and files
- API access and credentials
- Consultation services already rendered
4.2 Service Subscriptions
For recurring subscriptions:
- You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- You remain responsible for any charges incurred before cancellation
4.3 Custom Development Projects
For custom software projects:
- Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable
- Refund eligibility will be determined based on work completed and project-specific agreements
- Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the disputed charge
4.4 Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure on our end preventing product delivery
- Duplicate charges due to processing errors
- Unauthorized charges (subject to investigation)
All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with proof of purchase.
5. Chargeback and Dispute Resolution
CRITICAL - READ CAREFULLY: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
5.1 Dispute Resolution Process
BEFORE initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, you MUST:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order details
- Allow us 7 business days to investigate and respond
- Work with us in good faith to resolve the issue
5.2 Chargeback Consequences
If you initiate a chargeback without following the dispute resolution process above:
- Your access to all products and services will be immediately terminated
- You will be banned from making future purchases
- We reserve the right to pursue recovery of chargeback fees and legal costs
- Your information may be shared with fraud prevention services
5.3 Fraudulent Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated in bad faith (where service was properly delivered) will be vigorously contested. We maintain comprehensive records of all transactions and service delivery.
NOTE: By using a credit card for payment, you acknowledge that chargebacks should only be used for unauthorized charges or non-delivery of goods/services, not as a mechanism to obtain free services.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Our IP
All content, software, tools, and materials provided by Mastrio Ads are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:
- Software code and algorithms
- Website content and design
- Trademarks, logos, and branding
- Documentation and training materials
6.2 License Grant
Upon payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products/services for your legitimate business purposes only.
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share access to our products
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
- Use our products to create competing services
6.3 License Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your license and access if you violate these terms or use our services for prohibited purposes.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
7.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Maintenance and updates
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Third-party service dependencies
7.2 Performance Disclaimer
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS: We provide tools and services but do NOT guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results. Success depends on many factors beyond our control including your business model, market conditions, and execution.
7.3 "As-Is" Provision
Services are provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability
7.4 Third-Party Platforms
Many of our tools interact with third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.). We are not responsible for:
- Changes to third-party platform APIs or policies
- Account suspensions or bans by third-party platforms
- Loss of data or access due to third-party actions
8. Limitation of Liability
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8.1 Excluded Damages
We shall NOT be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or information
- Business interruption
- Reputational damage
- Actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts
8.2 Customer Responsibility
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Your use of our services and tools
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Compliance with third-party platform terms of service
- Backups of your data
- Security of your account credentials
- Any consequences resulting from your use of our services
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mastrio Maju Sdn Bhd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of our services
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your violation of third-party rights (including intellectual property rights)
- Your violation of third-party platform terms of service
- Any claims by third parties related to your use of our services
TRANSLATION: If someone sues us because of how YOU used our services, you agree to cover our legal costs and any damages.

We collect and process personal information as necessary to provide our services. This includes:
- Name, email, and contact information
- Payment information (processed securely by Billplz)
- Usage data and analytics

11. Account Security

You are responsible for:

Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing account access is prohibited and may result in termination of service without refund.
11.3 Suspicious Activity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts showing signs of:

- Unauthorized access or sharing

- Abuse of our services
12. Termination

- Chargeback disputes

- No refunds will be issued for prepaid services

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
15.6 Language
These Terms and Conditions are provided in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
